How does VOLTS work?  

V.O.L.T.S - Has taken the experience of Tax Preparation to another level.  We feel that you should be knowledgeable and empowered about taxes instead of it being something you dread doing.  At VOLTS we will educate and inform you line by line for you to understand what is being reported on your tax.   We are open all year round and what is unique is that we can file your tax electronically from the comfort of your own home or office.  We use screen sharing technology to create a Virtual appointment.

How does Virtual Tax Appointment Work?

1.  Make an appointment with us through the "Contact Us"  tab or "Make An Appointment" button.

2.  Send us a scanned, pdf, faxed  or mail a copy of what needs to be reported on your taxes.

3.  We will contact you on the agreed time and date through email.

4.  Have access to the internet (but not neccesary).

5.  We will go line by line and you will see what we are inputting.

6.   Remote Signature feature through text or email

7.   Once you have signed the Tax documents we will invoice you.

8.   Once we receive payment from you we will transmit your tax electronically.

9.   We will send you a Password Proteted pdf copy of your electrionically filed taxes.

10.  If you have a refund we can send your return by check or direct deposit.

11.  We also can take our fees from your Tax Refund with our Bank product offering.

How to make a V.O.L.T.S. tax appointment

Making an appointment is as easy as sending an email.   Simply go to the "Contact Us" tab above and in the "Subject" line make sure you type " New Tax Appointment" if you are a new client or "Tax Appointment" if you are an existing client.  ​

 

In the message please indicate the following:

  • The Taxpayers Name

  • The State your from

  • The  date and time availabilities (earliest to latest times, use PST to indicate time)

  • Indicate to us If you have internet access

  • How we can expect to receive the documents from you. (Scan, Fax or Picture)

 

Traditional tax appointments (face to face) May be available upon special circumstances.
