He has been in the Home Based Business industry for over 24 years and has had specialized knowledge in educating people about the legal Tax Advantages of owning a home based business. He is an accomplished sales and marketing trainer, motivational speaker and home based business support consultant. He is fluent in English and Spanish and can put together instructor led sales trainings and elearning courses. He is a master networker and has a heart and passion for helping others succeed.

Dahlia Esquivel has had over 15 years experience in Customer Services and has been in a Supervisor role for a non-profit organization. She is Bilingual (English & Spanish) and has a passion for helping people in the community. Seeking a Career change she expressed interest in wanting to learn how to understand and prepare personal and business (independent contractors) income taxes. She began working with VOLTS with back office support and data entry for a year and then passed her Tax Preparer Exam. She has been getting trained by Robert Santana in becoming an expert in tax preparation. VOLTS is proud to add Dahlia as a strong member of the Tax Prep Team.
